Who runs this site

Seb's World (sebs-world.com) is run by a private individual under the name Seb's World. That person publishes the site, answers for it and decides what happens to the data described below.

French law lets a private publisher stay anonymous, as long as the host knows who they are (law 2004-575, known as LCEN, article 1-1 II). The host named below can identify the publisher if a court asks.

If you are under 18, do not use this site. The scripts sold here are for consensual adult roleplay in Second Life.

Where you buy

This site sells nothing directly. Every purchase happens on the Second Life Marketplace or at an in-world vendor, under the terms of those services.

The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and served from this site: Baloo 2, Caveat, Nunito, Inter, Space Grotesk.

The texts, pictures and scripts of Seb's World are © 2026 Seb's World. Buying a script lets you use it with the permissions shown on its Marketplace listing.

If you think something on this site uses your work without permission or breaks the law, write to seb@sebs-world.com with the link and the reason. Seb looks at it and removes it if the claim holds.

The AI assistant

The "Questions?" button opens an AI assistant. A computer program writes its answers, not a person. It answers from the product pages and can get things wrong, so check the product page before you buy.

• Your question and the conversation so far are sent to an AI model (Llama, made by Meta) that runs on Cloudflare's servers.
• Each question is saved with the start of its answer and the time, so Seb can see what visitors ask and fix wrong answers.
• A report sent with "Report an issue or idea" is saved with its text, the page you were on and the time.
• Questions and reports are deleted after 90 days.
• Your IP address is used for two minutes to stop flooding, then dropped. It is not saved with your questions.

Do not write your real name, contact details or anything private in the assistant. It does not need them.

Sales records

When you buy a Seb's World product, the Marketplace or the CasperVend vendor tells this site's server about the sale. The server keeps:

• the sale itself: transaction number, product, price, date and the buyer's avatar key (UUID), as long as the shop runs, for its accounts and statistics;
• the buyer's and the recipient's avatar names in the list of the last 100 sales;
• a few complete sale messages, kept to fix problems with the sale connection.

The public sales counter on this site shows numbers only, never a name.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ads. Your browser remembers on your own device that you confirmed you are 18 or over, so it does not ask again.

Cloudflare handles your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site. Product pictures load from the Second Life Marketplace (slm-assets.secondlife.com).

Why, and on what basis

The data above is used to answer your questions, fix mistakes in the assistant and the products, and keep track of sales. The legal basis is Seb's World's legitimate interest in running the shop and its help (GDPR, article 6(1)(f)).

Who can read it

• Seb, who runs the shop.
• Cloudflare, as the host, under its data processing agreement. Its servers can be outside the European Union; that agreement covers those transfers with the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to get a copy of it, or to object to its use. Write to seb@sebs-world.com with your avatar name. You get an answer within one month.

If you think your data is mishandled, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or to the authority of your own country.
